I’m not a doctor. I’m not a wellness influencer. I’m just someone who couldn’t get out of bed some mornings, not because I was sad — but because my brain just wouldn’t start.
ADHD-inattentive type. That’s what I probably have. No formal diagnosis because, let’s be honest, I was too anxious and avoidant to go sit through five appointments to get a prescription for something I already knew.
And when I did get help in the past? It was Ritalin, Adderall, a parade of meds that worked for a bit… until they didn’t. My focus came with side effects, and I always felt like I was borrowing energy from tomorrow. Anxiety, insomnia, and eventual burnout.
Then I found mushrooms.
Mushrooms Were the First Thing That Made Sense
I started growing them as a hobby. Lion’s Mane. Reishi. Cordyceps. Eventually, some magic ones too. It wasn’t just fun — it focused me. I could hyperfocus on cultivation, sterilization, dialing in airflow and light. I was doing spreadsheets, coding automations. Obsessing in the best way.
But the real shift happened when I tried microdosing psilocybin at night.
Yes, at night. Everyone says microdose in the morning, but I found the opposite worked better for me. When I dosed before bed — even 0.1 or 0.2g — I slept better, woke up clearer, and didn’t feel the jittery buzz I got from daytime doses.
It wasn’t a trip. It was a reset.
I Built My Own Gummy Stack
I didn’t want pills. I didn’t want to explain weird powders or capsules to people. I just wanted something I could take daily that worked with my brain, not against it.
So I made gummies. Mushroom-shaped ones.
The Morning Ones help me get going: Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine. No crash, no crazy buzz. Just a slow ignition.
The Night Time Ones are where the magic is: a microdose of psilocybin, Reishi for calm, magnesium and L-theanine for sleep, and a bit of melatonin. And I actually sleep. Like proper, restorative, no-panic-sleep.
I made them for me. But they worked. And if they work for me, maybe they’ll work for you.
This Company Started as a Survival Strategy
I didn’t create this brand to cash in on trends. I did it to cope. Because my brain doesn’t do “normal” routines. It does dopamine. It does interest. And growing mushrooms was the first time I saw a future I could build with my own hands.
So if you’re neurodivergent, ADHD, anxious, avoidant, or just burned out from all the trial-and-error — maybe this is for you.
We’re not selling cures. We’re selling tools.
Tools I built for myself.
